These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Acme Factory Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of The Printer App software and related services.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using The Printer App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our software.
The Printer App is a desktop application for Windows designed to help users arrange and print photos with customizable layouts. The Software may be offered under various licensing tiers, including but not limited to free trials, personal licenses, and professional licenses. Key features include:

You are solely responsible for the images and content you import into The Printer App. You must have the legal right to use, print, and distribute any images you process with the software.

The Printer App, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Acme Factory Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all ownership rights to your photos and images. We do not claim any rights to your content.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. The Printer App processes all images locally on your computer and does not transmit any data.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that print output will match on-screen previews exactly, as results may vary by printer hardware and settings.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACME FACTORY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Acme Factory Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the software or violation of these Terms.
The Printer App may be offered as a paid product with various licensing tiers. Pricing, features included in each tier, and payment terms will be posted on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing and tier structures at any time.
If a free trial is offered, it may have limited functionality or a time restriction. Continued use beyond any trial period requires a valid paid license.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the software. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We further reserve the right to modify, restructure, or change our pricing, licensing, and distribution model at any time, at our sole discretion.
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of The Printer App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC) rules. The arbitration shall take place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Acme Factory Inc. regarding The Printer App.
